Freaky hailstorm

First day of work, yea!!

Then came the hailstorm when I was about to finish for the day. Hail as big as golf balls rained down for 10-15 minutes, killed my car side mirrors, indicator lights, and cracked my windscreen. Wonderful.

Massive flooding, road congested everywhere, naked trees, streets filled with leaves and branches, cars with broken windows and dents, house roofs collapsed, blackout in a lot of places (including my house), dead ducks/birds, sirens were heard everywhere.

Crazy. Chaotic. Havoc.

So much for a first day of work. Sheesh... there goes my first fortnight salary... car repairs... bloody hell... sigh...

Back to public transport, I go.
