Observing the Cold War...
Study break is off n' now exams r giving me that creepy smile...man...
Well, at least the road trip up North to Kalbarri during the break is not that bad, though lots of stuff seemed to happen during the whole trip. Then again, it was cool riding horses, sandboarding, long distance driving, n' smelling horse sh*t when I first wake up in the morning...ok, mayb smelling horse sh*t wasn't that cool.
Three cars went n' only two cars came back in one piece...which is kinda sad. In the trip, judgement, patience, n' friendship are being tested. Oh, do I sound like I'm goin to start wit an adventurous story? Sorry to disappoint but I'm not...heheh...instead, I'll focus on some of the brighter side of the trip.
For starters, my pals n' I saw lots n' lots of rainbows during the trip (bout 5 rainbows on the last day) that we got sick of taking pictures of it (imagine all those same boring pictures of rainbow in all of our cameras). Following on r pictures of sunsets...lots n' lots of them that they can easily make a bridge to the moon n' back if set in a line...hmm...a bit exaggerating but that's basically it.
On day two, I get to ride the white horse among all the brown ones....heheheh....I could almost hear somebody cursing me when I said this. It was fun throttling into the bushes (n' get leaves in my face) n' yanking the horse's head (revenge for goin into the bushes) when it tried to snack on the grass.
Hmm, mayb I'll talk a bit bout the "adventurous" part of the trip. Lots of quarrels (esp. cold wars) happened before, during n' after the trip. I guessed when ppl mix together n' stayed together for a long period, they'll get to c the darker side of each other n' that's when ppl started to draw the line. Mayb, some ppl just can't get along wit some ppl or rather can't get close wit them. I hope that time will heal those wounds of those involved n' one day, they'll look back at the time n' realized that some problems r actually more trivial than they seemed.
When I returned from the trip, I realized that other groups who went on a trip encountered various problems which r quite similar to my group. So, for those who r involved in those problems, I may not be there to help u solve them (maybe I'm not even qualified to) but u r not alone. Solve the problems rather than wasting time putting/pushing the blame onto anyone. You'll feel more at ease when the problems r solved. It's jus sad that when ppl returned from the trip, all they're talking about is how somebody is a jerk or annoying etc. rather than the fun they had. I could only hope that the pictures of fun n' laughter that I captured for them could remind them of the fun they had. Don't misunderstood me...I'm jus a bystander in those cold wars...mayb that's y I can't do much to help.
Anyway, now back to my studies...hmm...such cold weather....hmm...the comfy bed....fluffy pillow...the warm blanket...i guess the books can wait....hehehe....
